- RENTAL  RATES -

Rental Rates

Lost Timber has rental rates based upon day or overnight usage and group size. Our current rates are posted below. You have the option of planning and preparing your own meals (no additional cost) or Lost Timber can provide them for you. If you have any questions please give us a call or send us an email.

Large Groups - 50-100 People
  • Overnight Stay - $20 per person/per night
  • Single Day Rental
    Grounds & Buildings - $500
  • Single Day Rental
    Grounds Only - $300

Medium Groups - 20-49 People
  • Overnight Stay - $20 per person/per night
  • Single Day Rental
    Grounds & Buildings - $250
  • Single Day Rental
    Grounds Only - $150
Small Group - Less than 20 People
  • Overnight Stay - $65 per facility/per night
  • Single Day Rental
    Grounds & Buildings - $100
  • Single Day Rental
    Grounds Only - $50

Formal Events - Weddings, Receptions Etc.
  • Grounds & Buildings - $600
  • Grounds Only - $400
Food Service -
Food service is available at an additional cost. If your group has any special food requests or dietary concerns, please share those with us during the reservation process so we can work to accommodate you. Food service fees include planning, preparing, and cleaning up each meal.
Food Service Fees -
  • Breakfast - $6.50/plate
  • Lunch - $6.00/plate
  • Supper - $7.50/plate
  • Snacks - $2.00/person (optional) - Ex. S'mores, Ice Cream, Root Beer Floats
