We continue to accept camp registrations and we encourage you to register your children for camp right away to make sure you have a bunk reserved for your kids. We have made a few registration changes due to the current situation and the uncertainty of the future.
- Bunk Reservations – When you register your child(ren) for camp, we will reserve their bunk without the need to pay a deposit.
- COVID-19 Related Cancellations - In the event that we are unable to hold summer programs, or if you as a parent decide not to send your child to camp due to COVID-19 related reasons, we will cancel your registration at no cost. If you decide to cancel your child’s registration, we simply ask for notification as soon as you make that decision so we can open the spot up to another camper.
- Payments & Deposits - Once we have clarity for our summer plans we will contact you and provide a two-week window of time for you to make your payment or deposit to continue to hold your child’s spot at camp.
- Already Paid Registrations – Families that have already made a payment will receive a full refund in the event that we are unable to hold camp, or if you decide not to send you child to camp due to COVID-19 related reasons.

COVID-19 Update: We are planning on running camp as scheduled. We will know more in the coming weeks however, we are confident that we will be able to provide a safe camp experience while making lasting memories for your kids. We are finalizing our processes and protocols as they relate to COVID-19 and we are happy to share those with you if requested.
