Lost Timber Bible Camp is a non-denominational, faith-based camp existing to provide students with fun-filled camp adventures while showing them the Love of Christ. When Lost Timber Bible Camp programs are not in session, the grounds are available for rent to other faith-based organizations, families, and community organizations. Please read the following usage policies prior to making your reservation. Reservations can be made up to one year prior to event.

Guest Group Policies

  • A minimum deposit is due with your Guest Group Agreement form. Your reservation is not complete and your dates will not be reserved until we receive your agreement form and your deposit. Your final bill will be delivered to your group leader and payment is due in full prior to your departure from Lost Timber.

  • Deposit will be refunded for cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the event start date. Cancellations made within 45 days of rental start date will forfeit the deposit.

  • Overnight guests may check in any time after 2pm on the day their reservation begins. We would appreciate advanced notice of your planned arrival time. Check out is 10am the morning their reservation ends.

  • Overnight rentals have access to all public spaces including full use of the kitchen.

  • Day rentals of Lost Timber are available for a maximum stay of 8hrs. The camp is open for use from 8am - 10pm and advanced reservations are required.

  • Guests renting the camp for day use have access to all public facilities.

  • Our commercial kitchen and dishwashing room are available for guest groups choosing to prepare their own meals. Food service is available upon request, additional fees apply. Kitchen equipment and utensils are only to be used for food service and must be returned to the kitchen. Pots and pans are not to be used to cook over a campfire. We have limited equipment designated for this use.

    Guest groups preparing their own food should have a trained person in charge of meals and the guest group assumes all risk and liability related to the preparation and service of these meals.

  • Lost Timber Bible Camp strictly prohibits the use of alcoholic beverages on its grounds. Guests Groups failing to comply will be asked to leave and rental fees for the full stay will be due at that time.

  • Lost Timber Bible Camp strictly prohibits the use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, products containing Cannabis (in any form) and illegal drugs on its grounds. Guest Groups failing to comply will be asked to leave and rental fees for full rental will be due. In the event that these products are used indoors or have left an noticeable odor inside our facilities, the Guest Group will be responsible for the incurred professional cleaning fees.

  • Guest Groups agree to leave buildings and grounds in the same condition as they were in when they arrived. The Guest Group agrees to perform a final buildings/grounds inspection prior to check-out. Guest Group will be charged a $100 cleaning fee for each facility that requires additional cleaning.

  • Damaged property due to misuse will be repaired and any expenses incurred will be charged to the renter. Missing/lost equipment will be replaced at the expense of the renter. Lost Timber's Executive Director will decide whether damage is beyond the scope of normal wear and tear and any fees issued to the Guest Group associated with damages or missing equipment.

  • Lost Timber does not allow guests to bring pets with them to camp. Guests who bring their pets will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250 per facility that the pet enters, regardless of how clean it may appear. Contact us if you need a referral for a local pet boarding facility.

    Licensed service animals are allowed, however, the cleaning fee will still be assessed.
